Our next stop was Venice. I loved how my brother-in-law was not telling me where we were going until I found out at the airport. It made our travels a true adventure. We left Paris the day after the Beyoncé and JayZ concert. I was still on a high.

As we sat in the airport waiting for our flight, my brother-in-law leaned over, gently kissed me and told me Venice is my sister’s favorite city. She asked him, before we left home, if we had time would he take me to see Venice.

Each place he’d taken me was really beautiful and special in its own way. Arriving in Venice I understood why it was my sister’s favorite. It is an absolutely gorgeous city. My sister and I spoke while we were there and she was excited I got to see Venice with her husband… which was kinda weird. Thankfully she didn’t know how her husband showed me over and over again how excited he was to be with me in her favorite city. (July 2018)

Sedona

5 days in Honolulu and although the cyclone that threatened the islands did not come ashore, I felt like Hurricane Hector landed in my pussy.
