Divine Intervention
My sister and her
husband are very active in their church. In addition to Sunday service and
Bible study during the week, they participate and volunteer in variety of church
activities. I’ve attended their church a few times. They have a wonderful church
community.
To help my sister with her anxiety about her lack of sexual desire, my brother-in-law enlisted the help of one of the ministers at their church. This minister is a traditionalist or literalist (or something). He believes that intercourse is strictly for procreation. It is his view, a couple shouldn’t engage in sex unless they are attempting to have a child. When my brother-in-law told me this, I was confused. He thought it was lunacy, but never forgot when the minister say it during a sermon.
My brother-in-law never thought he’d be in a sexless marriage after only 5 years but since he is he doesn’t want my sister getting paranoid about him going outside their marriage to find satisfaction. He never wants her to discover he’s fucking her sister. He wants to keep our affair going and as long as no one finds out there’s no reason for it to end. So, he is turning to the church for help.
He and my sister met with the minister once before we left for Las Vegas and again since we returned from Sedona. He counseled them on intimacy without intercourse. My brother-in-law said the talks were positive (but ridiculous) and my sister already seems more at ease. She hasn’t spoken to me about it, but our mother said she told her talking with the minister has been very helpful. They plan to meet with him a few more times.
My brother-in-law admitted something to me. It has been so long since he’s fucked my sister, he’s not interested any more. He wants her to focus on motherhood and not think about their non-existent sex life. He hopes talking to the minister will ease her conscience and will convince her he’s not looking for sex from her (because he’s not). That way he can keep his focus on fucking me and keep her clueless. (August 2018)
